Politic Game Crash |
For some reason the game crashes with an access Violation when ever I hit under the demand/request section of sending messages to other empires "Declare War on empire' or "make peace with Empire". Anyone twll me why or how to fix it..

I have the same bug. I think that would be related to the use of dual core CPU, I Have one, an Intel. Do you also Use this Kind Of CPU?

No dual core. I'm running Window$ XP under a 5 years old single Intel CPU.
About bug reporting, I guess the dev team will have a glance here from time to time ?

What did you think before the 5:00 news told you what to think?
I also get an access violation crash but it is during land battles. And I do have a dual core AMD processer.

This may be related to alliances. I have this same problem when trying to send a message to any player when alliances are active, but only when I scroll down the list of flags. The crash happens the moment it attempts to show the alliance flag.

Hi gentlemen !
I confirm this bug is still alive in the 1.66 version. Each time I enter the Alliance Chamber and ask for a new message, whatever the message is, the game crashes.
Is there any clue about this bug and any fix issued in the forecoming patches ?
